As a special service, we can also arrange for the notarization of prenuptial agreements for you. This involves first notarizing the German text of the contract, which you have drafted yourself or with your lawyer in Germany, into Georgian.
When the contract is notarized by a Georgian notary, one interpreter for the bride-to-be and one for the groom-to-be would be present.
After the prenuptial agreement has been notarized by the Georgian notary, the document is then translated into the desired languages. Typically, one translation into the bride-to-be's language and one into the groom-to-be's language.
